Relationship Enhancement
Dr. Cochrane has worked with couples for many years. He taught and supervised UBC doctoral students in relationship therapy and he currently teaches a CPA accredited seminar on couples therapy to psychologists and other health professionals. He helps couples develop the tools to identify and effectively respond to their specific fears of intimacy so they can be open, empathic and participate in meaningful communication. He encourages couples to define their relationship goals and he then helps them reach these goals. His new e-book, Loving Relationships, offers the same melding of current research with the subjective uniqueness of each couple.

Self-Worth Enhancement
After working for years with capable people who repeatedly sabotage themselves, Dr. Cochrane developed a therapy model for self-worth enhancement that helps clients succeed in their health, career, education, sports and relationship endeavors. This model is fully developed in his e-book, The Self-Worth Odyssey.

Anxiety Reduction
Dr. Cochrane has worked with many clients who suffered from one or more of the DSM-V Anxiety Disorders. He helps each client develop the confidence and skills to gain greater control over his or her anxieties.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Dr. Cochrane works with many PTSD clients and he provides assessments, legal reports, consultations and testimony for US and Canadian law firms in this and other realms. Chapter six of his new e-book, Psychology and the Law: What We Know and What We Know that Isn't So, is devoted to PTSD.

Performance Enhancement
Clients who seek Dr.Cochrane's help in this realm include athletes, students, actors and writers. They want imagery tools for self-confidence, greater creativity and the refinement of their concentration and and rehearsal skills.

Depression
